ENROLMENT & SECURING A PLACE IN THE PROGRAM
All new students enrolled into the program will require an assessment to determine their skills level.
Payment for your child’s lessons are on a term basis and payment is due by the end of the second week of the current term.
A one off insurance payment is required each year.
RE ENROLMENTS
Placements will be offered to existing students in the first instance. Existing student can secure their place for the following term by payment of fees in full before the end of the current term. If fees are not paid before the end of the current term your child will lose their position for the next term and may need to be placed back on the waiting list.
NEW ENROLMENTS
A new enrolment is someone who:
o Has not attended before.
o Was not enrolled in the previous term.
MISSED CLASSES
“Catch up” lessons will ONLY be provided if / when -
o lessons are cancelled due to extreme weather conditions such as storms or lightning or your instructor needs to defer lessons due to unforeseen circumstances.
Catch up lessons will be organised by your child’s instructor at the completion of the current term.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Lessons are not conducted on public holidays.
PARENTAL SUPERVISION
Children must be delivered and collected by a parent or guardian over the age of 16 at the beginning and conclusion of each lesson. If due to unforeseen circumstances you cannot collect your child on time please phone 66423238 so that staff are made aware.
Please ensure your child/children have been to the rest rooms before class.
HOUSE KEEPING
You are not allowed in the gymnastic area or on any equipment without a coach.
1. Please wear gym appropriate clothing, this includes anything with freedom of movement shorts, t-shirts, tights, bike pants, swimmers, leotards please do not wear any clothing with buttons, zippers or buckles, bare feet no shoes required.
2. No Jewellery studs and sleeper earrings are the exception
3. Your child should bring a drink bottle to every lesson
ILLNESS
In the interest of public health if your child is suffering from any infectious disease such as gastrointestinal infections or diarrhoea please refrain from bringing your child to the lesson and inform the staff of the reason for the students absence. Children will not be accepted into a lesson if they have any signs or symptoms of an infectious disease, so to avoid embarrassment please do not bring them.
