CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Due to large number of enrolments we are unable to change days or times for your child’s lessons once the term has commenced. Please ensure you have a suitable day and time before accepting a spot in a lesson.
Lesson times may sometimes change due to class numbers & reassessment of your child's swimming progress. If a student is required to move to a different class we will contact the parent / guardian to discuss available options before the change is made.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Lessons are not conducted on public holidays.
PARENTAL SUPERVISION
It is a condition of entry to the facility that all children under the age of 12yrs must be accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian whilst in the centre. Children will not be accepted into lessons if the parent or guardian is absent. Children must be collected by a parent or guardian over the age of 16 at the conclusion of their lesson.
Children under twelve years of age should be supervised in the change rooms at all times.
The “Keep Watch at Public Swimming Pools” policy can be found at reception.
HOUSE KEEPING
In order to gain the most out of each and every swimming lesson we ask that your child does not enter the water before their scheduled swimming lesson.
Due to the large number of LTS children and limited space we ask that your children do not have free swimming time before or after their lesson. This lane is for paying lap swimmers
Please ensure your child has a swimming cap and goggles.
Please ensure your child uses the toilet before their lesson.
If your child is not toilet trained swimming nappies must be worn. These can be purchased at office if you forget to bring one.
ILLNESS AND SWIMMING
In the interest of public health if your child is suffering from any infectious disease such as gastrointestinal infections or diarrhoea please refrain from bringing your child to swimming lessons & advise staff as to the reason for the missed lesson. Children will not be accepted into a lesson if they have any signs or symptoms of an infectious disease, so to avoid embarrassment please do not bring them.
